Studios: rate 2023

Daily rate (less than one week)

Linen service and check-out cleaning included. Rate for 1 or 2 people

e-All studio night

  • Studette & Studette Supérieure : maximum 2 people.
  • Studio Standart & Studio n°16: third person 30 € per night (maximum 3 people).
  • Extra charge for pets (on request): 5 € per night and for each pet.
  • Local tax:  1,15 € per night and per person.
  • Payment: from 50% to 100 % deposit at the reservation (depending on the length of stay, minimum amount: one night).
  • Check-in between 4 P.M. and 8 P.M., Check-out by 11 A.M.

Weekly rate (one week or more)

Linen service and check-out cleaning not included. Rate for one week, 1 or 2 people

e- all studio week

  • Studette & Studette Supérieure : maximum 2 people.
  • Studio Standart & Studio n°16: third person 30 € per night (maximum 3 people).
  • Linen service (sheets + towels + dishtowels): 42 €/week.
  • Check-out cleaning: 45 €/studio n°16, 40 €/studio standard, 35 €/studette supérieure and 25 €/studette.
  • Extra charge for pets (on request): 5 € per night and for each pet.
  • Local tax:  1,15 € per night and per person.
  • Payment: 30% deposit at the reservation.
  • Check-in between 4 P.M. and 8 P.M., Check-out by 11 A.M.

Appartements: rate 2023

Garden flat with 2 rooms
(60M², 2 people maximum)

e- 2 pieces

  • Sheets and towels included.
  • Check out cleaning 60 €.
  • Extra charge for pets (on request): 5 € per night and for each pet.
  • Local tax:  1,30 € per night and per person.
  • Payment of 30% deposit at the reservation.
  • Check-in between 4 P.M. and 8 P.M., Check-out by 11 A.M.
  • Rental posible in winter too.

Garden flat with 3 rooms
(100M², 4 people maximum)

e- 3 pieces

  • Sheets and towels included.
  • Check out cleaning 70 €.
  • Extra charge for pets (on request): 5 € per night and for each pet.
  • Local tax:  1,30 € per night and per person.
  • Payment of 30% deposit at the reservation.
  • Check-in between 4 P.M. and 8 P.M., Check-out by 11 A.M.
  • Rental possible in winter too.

Please note : For your security and your quietness, diving, ball games, inflatable items are not allowed by the swimming pool. The swimming pool is at the residents’ disposal only. Pets are welcome, however, for hygiene reasons, they are not allowed either in the swimming pool surroundings or in the garden.
